No, we don’t have a restaurant but in each apartment
there is a kitchen with a dish-washer and an oven.

The Trasimeno Lake is only 6 km. far from here but,
just a few steps from the farmhouse you’ll find a view overlooking
the valley of the Trasimeno.
- Do you accept the animals and at which
conditions?
Yes, we accept the animals. The costumer is kindly
requested to keep dogs necessary on a lead. We don’t ask any
additional cost for the final cleanings.
- Do you supply the linen?
Yes, Bed-linen, bath-linen and kitchen-linen.
- Can we use the swimming-pool without any
additional cost?
Yes, sure. The use of the swimming-pool is included in
the price but not in case of private pool. also the tennis court is
free.
- What is included in the price?
The services included are water
and gas; bed-linen, bath-linen and kitchen-linen; the cradle.
- Which products can we buy at the farmhouse?
The farmhouse produces Olive oil Extra virgin, obtained
by its own olive-groves and quality wines. At arrival time you’ll find as gift one
bottle of our oil and wine.
