The farmholidays offers a main-residence with three flats.
One of them is occupied by the owner. Two other big and indipendent
country houses are at disposal of our
guests.
There are two swimming-pool 6x12 mt., both of them with solarium.
You’ll even find a beautiful tennis court in synthetic grass. The
Farmhouse "La Capanna" may have exclusive use of the swimming-pool in
front of the house.

Agritourism Casale il Picchio is
located in a very peaceful country side and at the same time it is only
3km far from the first town (Magione) and only 5km from the highway
connection road which takes you easily to the most beautiful cities of
Umbria – Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio, Orvieto, Todi, Spello – and
to Tuscany.
Very close to our farmholidays, to the Trasimeno Lake, you’ll get the chance to play
volleyball and canoe, windsurfing, mountain biking and fishing or
visiting his beautiful islands.
