house Casale Il Picchio produces an excellent biological Olive Oil Extra
Vergine and quality wines.
The property offers a main-residence with three flats.
One of them is occupied by the owner. Two other big and indipendent
villas are at disposal of our guests.
There are two swimming-pool 6x12 mt., both of them with solarium. You’ll even find a beautiful tennis court in synthetic grass.
The
Villa "La Capanna" may have a private pool, the
exclusive use of the pool in front of the house.

and only 5km from the highway connection road which takes
you easily to the most beautiful cities of Umbria – Assisi, Perugia,

Very close to our Villas, to the Trasimeno Lake, you’ll get the chance
to play volleyball and canoe, windsurfing, mountain biking and fishing
or visiting his beautiful islands.
