Nestled in a great calm surrounded by olive trees and woods, at around 400 meters above sea level, the Casale Il Picchio farm produces an excellent organic Extra Vergine Olive Oil and quality wines. The property is located in very peaceful countryside yet it is only 3km far from the nearest town (Magione) and only 5km from the highway connection that easily takes you to the most beautiful cities of Umbria, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio, Orvieto, Todi, Spello and to Tuscany. Very close to our Villas, is Lake Trasimeno, where you'll get the chance to play volleyball and canoe, windsurfing, mountain biking and fishing or visiting its beautiful islands....
