Do you accept groups?
Yes, our accommodation capacity is for 30 people. La Cantina, 9 pax, has the living area – including the kitchen – very spacious and can accommodate even the people of the other apartments/houses for friendly gatherings. Even the living area of La Capanna is spacious, but not as much as La Cantina.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, we don’t have a restaurant but in each apartment there is a kitchen with a dish-washer and an oven.

The nearest are at 3 km., in Magione. You can find them also near the Trasimeno, which is only 6 km. far from here.

The Trasimeno Lake is only 6 km. far from here but, just a few steps from the farmhouse you’ll find a view overlooking the valley of the Trasimeno.
Do you accept the animals?
Yes, we accept the animals. The costumer is kindly requested to keep dogs on a lead.
Do you supply the linen?
Yes, Bed-linen, bath-linen and kitchen-linen.
Can we use the swimming-pool without any additional cost?
Yes, sure. The use of the swimming-pool is included in the price but not in case of private pool. Also the tennis court is free.
