UMBRIA DOC COLLI DEL TRASIMENO WHITE SELECTED
Varieties: Chardonnay. The colouris pale yellow with slight greenish reflections. Very fruity and slightly floral perfume, the taste is fine with strong hints of peach and tropical fruit. Freshness and acidity complement its merits. Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with seafood, white meats, soups and cheeses. Serve at 10°-12°. Alcohol Title in total minimum volume: 13%. UMBRIA DOC COLLI DEL TRASIMENO MERLOT
Grapes: merlot. Grown in our hilly terrain, which prefers, the color is brilliant ruby red with light garnet hues. To the nose fine and persistent, on the palate is balanced with hints of berry, plum, slightly spicy. The softness is its elegance. It goes perfectly with meat dishes of the Umbrian tradition. Served at 18°. Alcohol Title in total minimum volume: 14.5%. Minimum total acidity: 4,9 g/l. 750 ml bottles in boxes of 6 pieces.
UMBRIA IGT ROSSO
Uvaggio: merlot 50% and cabernet sauvignon 50%. Ruby red colour with shades of purple, fruity and subtle scent with, to the taste , hints of plum and raspberry. The tannin is balanced, suggesting a well aged wine. It goes well with Umbrian salami dishes, meat sauces, roast and grilled meat, medium matured cheeses. Served at 16°-18°. UMBRIA IGT BIANCO
Varieties: made with Grechetto grapes. Pale straw yellow colour, fruity fragrance. Medium-bodied, flavor has hints of white fruits. Served at 10°, matches the traditional dishes of Lake Trasimeno.
