Very close to our farmhouse, you’ll get the chance to go horse back-riding, windsurfing, fishing.

The lake offers, also, a bike path and a lot of beaches to play volleyball and basket. Rent a mountain bike to turn around the lake would be a beautiful idea!

Around the House passed the paths of Nordic Walking. Just 400 m from the Farm, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Trasimeno Lake and take beautiful walks.

The House Il Molino has been restructured without architectural feature that denies accesses to the handicapped guests.

*In high and highest season, La Capanna can be rented only with the exclusive use of the adjacent swimming pool. However, if one of the two pools is not accessible, the remaining pool will be available to guests of all four houses. This will be followed by the refund of the amount paid for the private pool by the guests of La Capanna, related to the days in which it was not possible to use it in exclusive use.
